Description of the holiday rental

This 3 ½ room flat of 60m2 is located on the ground floor of an apartment block and has two bedrooms and a spacious living room. In the living room there is a large table and a pull-out sofa, so that six sleeping places are available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin. There is a small table in the separate kitchen. The flat surprises with its colourfully painted walls and new furniture. In front of the house there is a parking space for a car belonging to the flat. The seating area in front of the flat can be used. The Wiler cable car is within walking distance (approx. 6 minutes)

Situated on the upper edge of the village of Kippel, the property is away from the main traffic routes and thus protected from noise emissions. The forest begins directly above the house, which is a bird sanctuary and home to numerous indigenous bird species and native wildlife. The property is south-east facing and benefits from all-day sunshine. The elevated position above the village offers a marvellous view over the village and the valley.
