Description of the holiday rental
3 ½ room apartment (107m²) on the 2nd floor of the apartment building "Rufinis". Large balcony (at the southside) of 26m², equipped with garden furniture. The living room is furnished with a modern leathersofa .and a table with 5 chairs and a bench. Modern open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dish-washer. A coffeemachine, waterboiler, toaster, mixer and fruit press are available. 2 bedrooms: one master with a king bed and one with 3 single beds. Each bedroom has a big wardrobe. Each bed has a nighttable with a light. 2 full baths are available: one with a tub, double sinks and toilet; one with a shower, single sink and toilet. TV, DVD, radio/CD. Internet in each bedroom and in the living room. Separate room with washer and dryer. Bed- and bath linen and kitchen towels are available. Parking is included for 2 vehicles in the underground garage (-2). Elevator. Garbages. Shared use of ski-room and bike-room. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoker apartment.
