2-room apartment with gallery on 1st floor, approx. 70m². Entrance with hall stand. Bathroom with bathtub/toilet/sink/hairdryer and window. One room with double bed (160x190). Living/dining room with balcony. TV/DVD/radio and internet. Semi-open kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine Chicco d'Oro, raclette oven, fondue and chinoise set. Gallery with two single beds (2x90x190). The fireplace cannot be used. One garage place. Ski room and laundry room for common use. Pets are not allowed.

Property description
The Chesa Sur Ovas, located in a quiet and sunny location. The ski lift "Müsella" is just a few minutes walk. The bus stop is 50Meter from the house.
