Description of the holiday rental

Located 5 minutes drive from the famous ski resort of Crans-Montana, Chalet Sergnou is the ideal place for a family holiday or a holiday with friends in a warm atmosphere. It can accommodate 10 to 12 people and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen, dining room with stove, large living room with fireplace, summer lounge, TV area
- 3 double bedrooms with bathroom, 2 single bedrooms, 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds
- One bathroom, one shower room, one separate toilet
- Laundry room and cellars with access to the garden
- Large garden with swing and terrace to the south, panoramic view of the Rhone valley and the southern Alpine peaks.
- 5 parking spaces, including two in a closed garage
Non-smoking chalet
Access:
Chalet Sergnou is a 15-minute drive from the "Sierre Ouest" motorway exit.
A postal bus stop is located at the foot of the chalet. It connects the village of Lens to the train station of Sierre and to the ski resort of Crans-Montana.
All local shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and cafes) are accessible within a 5 minute walk.
Tourist attractions:
The chalet is a 5-minute drive from Crans-Montana, allowing quick access to the ski slopes in winter, and to many hiking starting points in the summer.
The Opale Foundation is next to the chalet. It houses exhibitions of primary art.
Built in 1902, the chalet is located on the edge of the historic village of Lens. Lens is a typical Valaisan village that has retained its authentic character with mostly wooden houses grouped around a centre. Lens and Crans-Montana are located on the northern slopes of the Rhone Valley, thus benefiting from a southern exposure and a lot of sunshine all year round.
