Within walking distance are a grocery store, bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars, sports shops, tourist office, free bus (high season), ice rink, cross-country ski trails, the lake, indoor swimming pool with wellness area, hammam, and much more. In winter, you can ski directly to the house.
