Description of the holiday rental
3 floor non-smoking 6 rooms individual chalet (200 m2). On the ground floor : 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/WC, 1 laundry room. On the 1st floor : living room with fireplace and kitchen corner, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, micro-wave), bathroom with bathtub/WC. On the 2nd floor: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms, 1 bahtroom with shower. Parking place. Remarks: water, electricity, and heating are included in the price. Final cleaning (CHF 200.00), as well as bath towels and the bedding (CHF 20.00) and the visitor's taxes are obligatory and have to be paid directyl on site. Animals are not accepted.
Individual chalet facing south, across from the Dents-du-Midi and the Dents Blanches Mountains. Quiet and sunny situation. Ski room. When the ski conditions are good, it is possible to ski to and from the chalet. In the wintertime, it is sometimes required to drive with snow chains depending upon the snow conditions. So you must have snow chains in your car in case, otherwise you may not be able to get to the chalet. Thank you.
