Description of the holiday rental
Genéral
Three-bedroom apartment (90 m2) for 4 to 8 people total renewed from July to December 2019:
- 1 bed room with double bed (160x200)
- 2 rooms with twin beds (90x200)
- Lounge with bed-settee, dining area, TV (70 international channels)
- Fully equipped open plan kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle.
- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bath. 1 separated WC.
- South-facing terrace and large garden with ping-pong table
- Free wi-fi
- Laundry : washing machine and drier available in the cellar
- 1 parking lot

Included in basic price:
- Electricity and heating
- 1 outside parking lot
Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 260.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Administration fee of CHF 30.00 per booking
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
