Genéral
Small practical studio, well located close to everything, (walking) to 1 min. from the center, 2 min. from the pool and 5 min. of gondolas. The free shuttle bus is also nearby. Paintings refreshed in the summer of 2020

- 1 cupoard bed and 1 sofa bed
- 1 small bathroom
- 1 kitchenette

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 110.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
