Description of the holiday rental

Genéral

Light apartment with a beautiful open view on the Alps (bay windows) in a small building. Located on the second floor, this 3,5 rooms apartment has a living area of about 70sqm shared like this:

  • Open kitchen with dining area
  • Living with sofa bed
  • Double room, adjoining the living room
  • Bedroom with trundle bed (no springer) with view
  • Bathroom / WC - washbasin

 

  • No bedding available


Conditions/suppléments

Included in basic price:

  • Electricity and heating
  • 1 parking lot outside

Extra charges (obligatory):

  • Cleaning package: CHF 160.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
  • Tourist Tax:  CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
  • Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
  • Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.

Extra charge in option

  • Wi-Fi (to 4 devices): CHF 69.- / week
