1 1/2 room vacation apartment in sunny Tessin/Locarno Apartment „Paradies garden". Vacation Apartment (11⁄2 room) Mehlau in Locarno-Muralto This **** luxury 11⁄2 room studio - part of a condominium building - is on the first floor, overlooking the garden with its subtropical flowers. It has it’s own station at the funicular (describe what this is, people may not know what a funicular is) Locarno - Orselina. The house is centrally located within 5-10 minute walking distance from the Lake, train station, shops, bars and restaurants. The common space of the four buildings of Condominio Fiori offers a big indoor swimming pool with under water massage, solaria, a hall, showers, fitness room, washing machines & dryer, elevater and the tropical garden. From the spacious balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the magnificent view to the mountains and a little of the lake below. The studio offers comfortable space for two people. Living, eating, sleeping and cooking are in one big room (30m2 plus balcony). The furniture is mostly modern luxury, with one cupboard of the 17th century. During the day time the queen size bed (140x200) folds up into in a closet. This studio is equipped with a color TV, DVD, stereo CD, tape, radio), wifi internet, for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a glass-ceramic stove, a baking oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, fondue set and sufficient tableware. Linen and towels are included. A private parking space comes with the apartment.
