A modern master double bedroom with balcony access is accompanied by a 2nd double bedroom and a modern family bathroom suite. Private laundry facilities also promise added convenience whilst away.

The 1st floor apartment features in an 8-storey residence with lift access and private parking space.

No noise after 8pm - do not run/jump in the apartment - park your car only in the assigned parking spot - do not make noise in the hallway and in the communal areas - Do not smoke on the balcony - at night switch off all the lights (the one on the balcony too)
