The 1st floor apartment features in a well-presented 4-storey building, with lift access and private parking space. The carefree location places guests 12 minutes’ walk from the buzzing lakeside centre of Lugano.

The holiday apartment is located along ‘Via Lambertenghi’, 12 minutes’ walk away from the city lakeshore, the leisure activities and year-round visitor sites. The fantastic amenities of Lugano are complemented by a host of nearby Ticino tourist attractions, regional ski resorts and the timeless delights of neighbouring Lake Como (47 minutes’ drive away).

Please note: currently the outside of the building is being renovated so there is scaffolding and plastic covers in place. Renovations will be ready by September.
