In winter, you can reach the Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia ski area from the chalet in just a few minutes by free ski bus. This is a ski area with 120 kilometres of pistes, most of which are red and blue, and is not yet covered by mass tourism. One piste leads directly from the ski area to Lumbrein. If you're looking for action and exciting descents, you can reach the Flims/Laax ski and snowboard paradise in just 30 minutes. In summer, the house is located in the centre of the Val Lumnezia hiking and mountain biking area. The unspoilt villages in the valleys between Vals and Lumbrein are well worth a visit in the immediate vicinity. The gently landscaped bathing lakes of Davos Munts, wonderfully embedded in alpine meadows, can also be reached in just a few minutes. Or you can reach - also in just a few minutes - the starting point for hikes in the unspoilt and pristine landscape of the Greina plateau.
