The house was newly built in 2010 and has a high standard of construction. The floors are laid with tiles and laminate with underfloor heating. The ceiling is made of wood and the walls are plastered white.

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house. The house is located in a secluded location outside the village and belongs to a farm. From the garden seating area you have a beautiful view towards Flimserstein. A storage room and a laundry room are available. The postbus stop is about 200 meters away.

Luven is located near Ilanz in a central location in the Surselva. Skiing and hiking areas Obersaxen Mundaun, Val Lumnezia, Brigels Waltensburg, Vals as well as Flims/Laax/Falera are accessible by car in a few minutes.

Ilanz - direction Vrin - after about 2 km turn off towards Luven at the exit Ilanz. Postbus stop "Fuors Luven" - about 200m later, turn left into the first street after the bridge and you will see the house with barn.
