The newly furnished holiday property is located approx. 150m above Magadino in Orgnana with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. It is situated on the lower edge of the Ticino village in an absolutely peaceful location. The holiday home consists of 2 holiday flats, each with 110 m2 of living space, and each half of the house has 350 m2 of land. Private, well-kept garden with beautiful plants. The vineyard is ideal for recharging your batteries, reading and sunbathing. Excellent and pleasant sunshine from early in the morning until very late in the evening in spring and high season. Also suitable for families with children. Pets are possible on request. Surcharge Fr. 100 / per pet and week. Final cleaning inside and outside Fr. 290 once (for cleaning inside and outside, as well as bed linen and towels). There is a public beach on the lake in Magadino, Vira or Tenero (5-10 min). There are at least 20 other idyllic bathing spots in the Valle Verzasca, Maggia Valley and Centovalli Valley, approx. 30 minutes away. Pets are very welcome, please enquire. From the house there are 4 different hiking trails into the mountains of the Gambarogno. The grotto "La Baita" with excellent Ticino cuisine is 1 minute's walk away. Also 1-2 minutes away is the Osteria La Rocca with its own bowls alley. From Magadino (Orgnana) you can reach the following places in a very short time: Ascona, Brissago, Ronco, Locarno, Orselina, Brione, Tenero, Magadino, Vira, Vairano, San Nazzaro, Gerra, Ranzo.
