Description of the holiday rental

The 'Studio' holiday home is located in a part of our property that once belonged to an eclectic artist. The house is located in the centre of Maggia, has a common entrance through the rose garden with the 'Atelier' holiday home, a large private terrace and a view of the mountains. From the house it is only a few minutes' walk to the village's main square, bars and restaurants, bakery, supermarket, post office, bank, doctor's office, pharmacy, the Maggia river and its beaches. The style is rustic: wood, stone, local granite. Our recent conservative restoration was deliberately low environmental impact and paid particular attention to the use of environmentally and health-friendly materials. The studio is cosy and comfortable, with attention to detail. The open kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic hob. There are also various small appliances available such as: capsule and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The kitchen is also supplied with a 'starter-kit', i.e. spices, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, etc. The cupboard-buffet is equipped with kitchen and table accessories. The sleeping corner consists of a double bed, bedside tables, two-door wardrobe and has a view of the inner garden. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room (160x200cm) can accommodate two more people The bathroom has a shower/wc and hairdryer.
The large terrace at the entrance to the house is furnished (table, chairs, sun loungers, granite bench, parasol and barbecue on wheels). We use ecological products to clean the space.
P.S.: We have chosen not to equip the flat with TV and WiFi. For entertainment we have a selection of books in different languages, radio-CD player, board games.
For the little ones we provide a cot, high chair and a 'wonder box' with various wooden toys. Public parking is available near the house.
The price includes:
* stay for up to 4 people,

* welcome gift.
Additional costs: the daily price does not include the costs of pellet heating (on consumption), tourist tax (from 14 years), the stay of pets and final cleaning, which will be charged on site.
