Bedrooms:
The apartment has three bedrooms. Two double rooms with separate beds and a large built-in wardrobe. One bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Bed linen can be provided upon request and is charged separately.

Living room:
The living room has a three-piece seating area, club table, TV satellite and direct access to the 20m2 balcony with sun loungers and a lounge corner. Free WLAN throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is equipped with coffee machine (coffee beans not included) dishwasher, glass ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, large refrigerator, raclette oven and fondue set. Kitchen linen is included in the price.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom/WC with bathtub and a separate WC. Towels can be provided upon request and are charged separately.

Other rooms:
The holiday apartment also offers a beautiful 20m2 balcony with garden furniture, sun loungers and a lounge corner. A storage room for winter and summer sports equipment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Heating, electricity and hot water are included in the price.

The two apartments are located in the modern and comfortable "Rosswag" multi-family house in the ski and hiking region of Obersaxen. The house is situated on the outskirts of Miraniga in a quiet, sunny and elevated location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley.
The 88m2 3-room apartment "Ernst and Hanna" on the ground floor is comfortably and modernly furnished. The visible beams and warm color tones give the apartment a very cozy feel.
The 110m2 4 ½ room apartment "Carmen" on the 1st floor is comfortably and modernly furnished.
Parking spaces are available. Pets allowed upon request. Non-smoking apartment.
The large garden and sunbathing area on the property can be used, as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.
Grocery store, Rufalipark with bathing lake and various restaurants are within 5-20 minutes walking distance. Monthly rent available upon request in summer.
