1 bedroom: One bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands and two lamps, a wardrobe. The wall shelves offer plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Living room:
An open, bright living area with kitchen/dining space. The living room features a dining table with four chairs, a cozy three-piece sofa set and a shelf with a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can access the balcony with a dreamlike panoramic view towards Brigels. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free of charge). A flat-screen TV with cable connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was renovated in 2016. It is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, raclette oven and fondue caquelon.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: The bathroom features a shower and a toilet/washbasin.

Interior:
The penthouse is tastefully furnished and the kitchen was completely modernized in 2016. The walls are partly made of wood.

The 3-room apartment (1st floor) and the 2-room apartment (attic, 3rd floor) are located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The house "Uf am Stutz" is located in the hamlet of Misanenga at a sunny location and near the 4-seater chairlift Misanenga - Untermatt as well as Chummenbühl. On the ground floor there is a ski and drying room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Great view of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and from the Rufalipark with a lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühl ski lift is accessible on skis. The ice rink, the Rufalipark - leisure facility with lake and large playground - and the new 4-seater chairlift Misanenga-Untermatt are 5 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities are located in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes' walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car).
