Bedrooms:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with a large double bed. One bedroom with a double bed. Attic room (no door to living room) with a French bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
Bedding is available and included in the price. Another bedroom, (two single beds) incl. WC/shower is available upon request and for an additional charge on the ground floor.

Living room:
Open living room with kitchen-dining area, seating area with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV - cable connection, DVD player. WiFi throughout the apartment.
Seating area in the house garden, incl. grill and winter garden is available.

Kitchen:
Kitchen fully equipped, ceramic hob with oven. Refrigerator and dishwasher. Coffee machine for capsules. Raclette oven and fondue caquelon are available. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom with shower WC/lavatory. Towels are available and included in the price.

Other:
Washing machine in the laundry room and drying room is available upon request.

Pitasch is an original mountain village, 1060 m above sea level on a sunny terrace, with a unique view of Piz Fes, Piz Sinigna and the Glarus mountains, 15 minutes by car from Ilanz.

The main attraction is pure nature and tranquility. Many attractive hiking and biking opportunities are available right outside the door. Around the village there are lovely forest and field walking paths.

In winter, the ski and cross-country skiing areas Flims-Laax, Obersaxen-Mundaun and Vals are easily reachable in about 20 minutes by car.

Vals, with the famous thermal baths, is also reachable in 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is in a 250-year-old house, gently renovated, but with a high standard of finish.

A beautiful garden with seating area, winter garden, children's playhouse, as well as a garage is available for guests to use freely.

Upon request, breakfast and/or dinner is prepared with some products from the garden.
