Cosy, bright apartment with 4,5 rooms (103m2), 2nd floor, in a typical Engadin house, central, quiet location, wonderful view from all the rooms. Living room with SAT-TV, radio/CD, phone. 3 spacious bedrooms (1 room with h/c water), baby's cot. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and a big dining table, bath/toilet. Parking, lawn, possibility to do laundry. Next to busstop, shops, skilift, indoor swimming pool, ice-skating. Pets allowed. Special conditions can be agreed upon for the off-season.
