Description of the holiday rental

3-room flat, which was completely renovated in 2024 to 2025 and equipped with high-quality materials/appliances. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of this well-kept property and has approx. 61m2 of living space. It is ideal for 2-3 adults and/or families with 2 children.

One room with double bed, the other with bunk bed (USB and USB C connections available in both rooms). Bathroom with WC/shower/sink.
Living/dining room with modern fireplace, TV (Smart TV), Internet WLAN incl., Bluetooth speakers and access to the balcony (table & 2 chairs).
Open-plan modern kitchen with dishwasher (V-Zug), oven/micro combination (V-Zug), large fridge (Liebherr) and coffee machine (Nespresso).
The flat has a parking space in the underground car park and an outside parking space.
Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) are available for shared use in the basement.

Chesa Arpi is located at the entrance to the village of Pontresina (Muragl entrance) in a quiet and sunny location.
The village centre with numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and the swimming pool/spa can be easily reached on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes. The bus stop is just a few minutes away.
