This area also has sun loungers to unwind after a refreshing dip and tan to your perfect summer skin. A massive common garden with open-air dining on a sun-soaked terrace and under the soothing shade of trellises is at guests’ disposal to enjoy. At the same time, for indoor relaxation and socialising the condominium offers a charming and warm living area with sofas and a large common dining area!

The mountain-view room is suitable accommodation for up to 2 guests and it is located on the second floor. Inside, an elegant decor perfectly blends with the quiet and romantic atmosphere of the retreat. There is a double bed, indoor table chairs, an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe at guests’ disposal.

Location

The holiday rental is located in the amazing Palazzo dei Ulivi, which is half an hour’s drive from the buzzing shores of Lake Lugano. The Palazzo has a number of things to enjoy even outside the complex, so if guests are coming for longer stays, then they won't be short of activities to do around here. At a 3-minutes drive, guests will find a shooting range; at 10-minutes, a golf course; and in a 12-minutes drive, they can enjoy a picnic and dipping in the natural lake Astona-See.

Hiking enthusiasts can head to the magnificent Monte Lema and San Salvatore, which are located half an hour’s drive away. Meanwhile, those with kids can visit Zoo-al Maglio, a 12-minutes drive from here. And if they are up for something unique, then the Swiss Miniatur with its finely detailed miniatures is a 30-minute car ride from here.

For some city fun and exploration, Ascona is a 1-hour drive from Palazzo dei Ulivi.
