Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with bed and dresser as well as wardrobe with writing surface. Next to it, the second bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people, wardrobe and also built-in writing surface.
Kitchen:
Kitchen with cooker/oven and dishwasher as well as a cozy dining area for up to 6 people.
Living room:
The apartment has a living room (22m2) with satellite TV and an open fireplace (firewood is included). The furnishings were completely renewed 3 years ago. The oak floors were also newly laid.
Other rooms:
The balcony is very spacious at 15m2.
In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a drying room and storage room for bicycles and skis, etc.
There is a supply of firewood in the garage.
The holiday apartment is located at the village exit of Ruschein towards Ladir, at Via Principala 94 (last house on the right side of the road, first floor).
From the living room and the balcony, you can enjoy an unobstructed view to the south towards Günerhorn, Valsertal and Piz Mundaun. The neighborhood has very little traffic and is completely quiet at night. A single garage is available and included.
The covered garage belonging to the apartment is on the same floor. Drive left around the house.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
