Description of the holiday rental
Beautiful 2.5 room apartment (53m²) in sunny Sagogn. The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The floor is made of oak parquet. Kitchen with small fridge incl. freezer, hob with four plates, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table with 4 chairs. Cozy living room with sofa (extendable for 2 people, 140 cm), large TV with Netflix, games and toys for children. Winter garden with view to the garden (heatable with electric stove) and comfortable wicker chairs, large bookcase. Bedroom with double bed, home office station (height adjustable desk, docking station with screen, mouse, keyboard to connect a laptop). Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub incl. shower and WC. Access to small cellar compartment to store skis etc. Parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is on the 1st floor, elevator is not available. Pets are not allowed! Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the final price. Stop of ski bus (to Flims, Laax Falera) and post bus (to Flims, Laax, Falera or direction Ilanz) 50 meters from the apartment. Journey to Laax/ Ilanz about 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing trail in Sagogn within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes), golf course Sagogn (18 holes) reachable by car in 3 minutes. Small grocery store in the village.
