Description of the holiday rental
Cozy 3.5 room apartment in the middle of the old part of the village of Scuol. The newly renovated apartment is part of a 500-year-old Engadine house, extends over two floors and is located in a quiet side street below the reformed church. Village center, shopping facilities and Bogn Engiadina within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette dishes, glass ceramic hob, etc.), small but nice eat-in kitchen with Smart TV and WLAN, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180cm and 140cm), a modern bathroom (floor-level shower, hairdryer, etc.) as well as baby crib and baby chair on request. Non-smoking apartment, pets are welcome.
One parking space available in the underground garage (max. height 220cm), second vehicle possible on request depending on availability. Public parking spaces within 10 minutes walking distance. Plenty of space for skis, snowboards and bicycles.
