Description of the holiday rental
The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house started in 2010 . In Scuol- Suot , on the edge of the old part of the village , the house is situated in a quiet location . The bus stop to the train and cable car station Motta Naluns is located in the immediate vicinity. The Engiadina Scuol and the village center is within 5 minutes walk . The south-eastern orientation of the apartment offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains.
The 5 1/2 room apartment with an area of 120 m2 consists of 3 double bedrooms, one room with a bunk bed, there are two bathrooms at your disposal , one with a corner bath , Doppellwaschbecken , shower, toilet, another with shower toilet and wash basin . From the living -dining room, there is access to the large sunny terrace facing south oriented . The open modern kitchen offers plenty of space and confort .
