Description of the holiday rental
Located in the historic lower village of Scuol, the beautiful and quiet 4,5 rooms apartment wins you over with a raised building standard. WLAN, all rooms are equipped with oak parquet, the kitchen comes with a glass ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a modern oven, a steam extraction and a coffee machine. The fridge has a separate freezer. Bath/toilet and separate guest toilet. TV and radio, cellar compartment, washing kitchen with washing machine, tumbler and drying room, bike room for joint use as well as a ski cellar.
The apartment is located in the first floor with a sunny balcony and offers the possibility of shopping
in the Volg in the ground floor.
The outside parking place behind the house belongs to the apartment. We gladly explain the additional concierge-service to you.
Have a fantastic time in Scuol, a typical village of the Engadine valley, surrounded by traditionally decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and superb skiing, spa, and wellness opportunities.
The flat, which measures almost 90m 2 , is located on the first floor, in the same house as a grocery store.
The flat includes an outdoor parking space. The ski bus stops directly in front of the house, allowing you to reach
the train station and the lower station of the gondola in 5 min. The ski bus is included in the ski ticket.
The Engadin Bad Scuol, which offers a large variety of bath, spa, and wellness options, including a sauna and a
Roman-Irish bath, can be reached with a 3 minutes´ walk. Additionally, two fountains with mineral water are
located nearby.
We are very happy to help you with anything you might need – we will recommend the best excursions, reserve a
skiing instructor, or get a ticket for a spa and wellness treatment.
