DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE

Chesa Rezia is a detached house with 2 separate halves in modern country house style. There is also a 2 ½ room attic apartment above, which can be rented with it. Ideal for larger families as the whole house can be used. On the ground floor there is a ski-room and a washroom with wash machine, dryer and a small shower and a cloakroom. There is also a direct access to the garage.
The Corvatsch cableway is reachable by foot or by bus. The Corvatsch mountain is in the winter a beautiful skiing are and in the summer starting point of many hiking trips. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are near the house. The bus stop is reachable within five minutes by foot. During the season busses run every half hour in all directions. There is a small grocery in Surlej. Other shopping facilities can be found in Silvaplana or St. Moritz.
