Description of the holiday rental
The 62 square metre flat is located on the first floor of a detached house and consists of 2.5 rooms. The spacious living room, ideal for relaxing, is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a television and a double French sofa bed that can be used if there are more than two guests. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances such as a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, scales, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary accessories (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, etc.). A fondue set and a raclette oven are also available for guests to enjoy at the large wooden table in the kitchen. The flat is completed by a bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed and the bathroom, which is equipped with a large shower and where guests also have a washing machine and tumble dryer at their disposal. In the entrance area there are two large cupboards where clothes and boots can be stored and where a system is installed that allows you to heat and dry your ski boots so that you can put them on immediately to hit the slopes and start your day of skiing!
Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
Wonderful top floor flat in the centre of Splügen and in the immediate vicinity of the ski lifts, which can be reached on foot or on skis, with garden and private parking.
