Description of the holiday rental
Cosy, family-friendly 4.5-room flat. Wonderful view of the mountains. Underfloor heating. Open kitchen and living room. The flat has 3 bedrooms in total, the first with double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and bath and toilet, towel radiator, hairdryer. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Living room with TV. Large north-west facing balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and have a glass of wine in the evening.
The flat is located in an apartment building in a quiet part of the village of Splügen. In summer: ideal starting point for hikes to the Splügenpass and Rheinwald.
In winter: The Splügen Tambo ski lifts can be reached directly from the flat by ski.
There is a communal garden in front of the house.
