This 3.5-room apartment is located on the 7th floor and is accessible by an elevator. The highlight of the apartment is the newly renovated, top-modern kitchen from 2023. On the ground floor, there is a shared laundry room, bike room, and ski room. A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 15.00 per day.

The location of the apartment is optimal. Within walking distance, you can reach shops, restaurants, Lake St. Moritz, and the Stazerwald. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and access to the cross-country ski track is directly next to the house. The sports field and indoor pool are 3-5 minutes away on foot. The bus departs every 10 minutes to the Signalbahn valley station.
