Description of the holiday rental

3 1/2 - room flat on the 1st floor of a two-family house. The house is situated on the edge of the forest, where the beautiful hiking trail to Lake Staz begins.
Interior
The 3-1/2 room flat on the 1st floor of a two-family house is cosily furnished. The modern kitchen is separate, next door is the dining area. The bathroom (bathtub/WC) is right next to the 2 bedrooms (both with double beds 2mx90cm). There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used if required. The flat is ideal for four people. If required, the sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate a fifth person.

Kitchen: 4 hotplates, oven, small dining table, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher. Living room: sofa for 3 people, lounge table, satellite TV, WiFi throughout the house, sofa bed.
Bedroom1: double bed (2mx90cm), wardrobe with hangers, parquet floor, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, baby cot available on request.

Dining room: next to the kitchen, opposite the antique buffet is a rustic dining table with corner bench and 3 wooden chairs

House and outside area
You live in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the village centre. On the lawn in front of the house you can play with the children, enjoy the midday, afternoon and evening sun and round off the day with a glass of wine. A garden table, chairs and deckchairs are available. The house has a free uncovered car park where 3 cars can be parked. Each flat has its own front door. Washing machine/tumbler in the ski room/laundry room are available for the flats Lussi1 and Lussi2.

Surroundings:
Despite the quiet location right on the edge of the forest and on the hiking trail to Lake Staz, you are not far from the centre of St. Moritz-Bad. If you would like to eat out, you will find a good selection of Swiss restaurants and cafés as well as pizzerias in St. Moritz-Bad or St. Moritz Dorf. The nearest ski area can be reached in 15' by bus (4 minutes on foot) or by car. Supermarkets and bakeries are nearby (5' by car, 10' on foot).

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
