The large dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. An additional corner with a round table and wardrobe provides extra comfort.

The flat has two bathrooms: one with a shower, WC and washbasin, the other with a bathtub, WC and washbasin. The left-hand living area is furnished with a large upholstered corner suite and TV, while the right-hand living area has two upholstered suites and a fireplace. From the living room you can access the spacious, approx. 40 m² terrace with breathtaking views of Untersee. Here you will find two dining tables with chairs, a parasol and sun loungers, as well as a small balcony.

The flat can be rented for as little as two days (except in July and August).
