From the living room, a ladder (not suitable for small children) leads to the gallery, which has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and WC.

The multi-family house "Casa Tödi" is located in the village of Surcuolm and offers a wonderful view of the Surselva from Waltensburg to Falera. For winter fun, there is a natural ice rink five minutes' walk away, and the Valata valley station is just a few hundred meters below the house and can be reached directly on skis. The ski room in the basement is available for use. From the underground garage (1 parking space available and included), you can access the house directly via an underground staircase. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
