Description of the holiday rental
Bright, family friendly 2 roomed appartment on the ground floor:
- Cosy living/dining room with a grand dinette, comfortable davenport, wood burner and two exits to the porch. Parlour games, books and writing materials.
- Bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bed (extendible) and a cupboard, children's toys.
- Open, complete equipped with a fridge, oven, dish washer, fondue and Raclette accessories, toaster etc.
- Plumbing unit with shower/WC, heater for the towels, hair blower, bath towels
- Foyer with a grand wardrobe, a washing machine, tumbler and freezer (joint use). Children's toys and sledge.
- Grand porch (south and east) with lawn for sunbathing, sandbox and swings, table, chairs, sunshade, solar panel and sunbed.
Bright appartment (ground floor) with a separate entrance in a cosy chalet in the family friendly holiday village Oberurmein. Situated directly beside the lift for the children and the ski-lifts of Oberurmein (with restaurant "Skihütte", little shopping possibility and sports outfitters/ski rental for winter). Car access directly to the house, parking space in front of the house. Ideal for families, hikers, bikers, nature lovers and culturally aware.
- 15 minutes by foot to the little lake "Patrutgsee" with a fireplace, bathing facilities, a pond for children, little pub (all season open) and a ice field in the wintertime. Planty of farm shops in the villages around Oberurmein.
- 15 minutes by car to Thusis with shopping centre, speciality shop, cinema, open air bath (in summertime), train and bus.
