It features two cozy bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and another with a bunk bed and a separate loft bed. The fully equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the well-maintained bathroom ensures extra comfort.

Molinia, on the second floor, is a charming apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, ideal for two guests.

Briza, on the third floor, is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.

In winter, you can reach the ski areas of the entire Arosa/Lenzerheide region in just a few minutes with the free sports bus from the “Valbella Skilift” stop.
