An older, partially newly renovated, cozy, well-equipped house with a garden seating area and a sunbathing lawn are on the same level as the apartment and in a particularly privileged sunny and mild location, facing south with a view of the meadows, fields, forest, and mountains. We offer you a private wellness area with a sauna. Whether by bike or on foot, you can start right here. The holiday apartment has its own entrance, and in the attic, there is a second, smaller, particularly charming holiday apartment, completely newly renovated with a balcony and a unique view of nature. You can also rent both apartments for groups or simply for two different parties. The house is located in the village center of the flower village Valchava, away from traffic noise (bypass road). Valchava is located in the middle of the Val Müstair and near the National Park, in the beautiful nature park of the biosphere reserve with unique hikes and bike tours. Even in winter, the valley offers a beautiful ski area, uniquely beautiful snowshoe hikes (guided upon request), cross-country ski trails in the home of Dario Cologna. In addition, there is an illuminated sled run and ice rinks. But culture lovers also get their share. To name just one example, there is a UNESCO World Heritage Site to visit. Thanks to the Vereina tunnel, you have a travel time of 3 hours from Zurich. CheckIn: 16.00 or earlier by arrangement. CheckOut: 10.00 or by arrangement. The house is located in the upper part of the village. From above, i.e., coming from the Ofenpass, it is the 4th house on the right. We live in the 3rd house on the right, right below the fountain.

If you are coming from the post office or from Sta. Maria, go up into the village, straight after the blue house on the left, we live above.

Thanks to the bypass road, there is almost no traffic in the village, not at night either. The attic apartment has the entrance behind the house, where all the rooms are located. But guests also appreciate the tranquility in the ground floor apartment.

You only need 5 minutes on foot to the village shop, post office, ATM, and restaurant.

The house is already older, the apartments have been renovated again and again and are more beautiful than one would suspect from the outside.
