Bedroom:
1 spacious bedroom with large double bed. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Open living area with kitchen and dining area. The living room has various shelves as well as a sofa. The large window fronts provide plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere. The open dining area with a walnut table seats 4 people.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, dishes, dish towels, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathroom:
The bathroom on the upper floor has shower/WC/washbasin. Towels and hair dryer are included in the rental price. On the lower floor there is also a separate, small WC with washbasin.

Interior:
The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. The furniture is new and is regularly checked by the landlord. Tenants are asked to treat the furniture with care.

Entertainment:
WLAN is available throughout the house and is free of charge. No TV set is available, but programs can be received via laptop. Various hiking maps and information brochures for the region are available free of charge.

Extras:
The holiday home has a beautiful, well-groomed garden. In the centre is a modern glass pavilion with cheminée and cosy lounge furniture that invites you to linger. The entire garden complex, including the pavilion and water basin, is beautifully lit at night. In good weather, the garden table invites you to a cosy get-together. A carport and a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available.

Embedded in a wonderful landscape, close to the imposing Rhine gorge, this quiet, small, fine house is located in the midst of a dreamlike garden that invites you to linger. A stately pavilion with a view of the mountains and a well-maintained pond will delight you. The house was built in 1994 and is in very good condition. There are numerous hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, but also for skiers, bikers, canoeists or people who just want to relax on holiday, our house is the ideal place. Throughout the year, the various nearby holiday resorts (Obersaxen, Brigels, Val Lumnezia, Flims, Laax) offer numerous tourist opportunities.
