Bedrooms:
3 spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with large double beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and nightstands, two are additionally equipped with a desk. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. 

Living room:
A large living area (living and dining room) with an open kitchen. A large storage stove ensures cozy hours. Dining table for 6-8 people, comfortable upholstered group with sofa and two armchairs and flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A terrace with panoramic view. 

Kitchen: 
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, an oven including steamer, a large fridge with freezer compartment as well as a Nespresso machine. Kitchen linen as well as raclette and pizza oven and fondue caquelon are also available. 

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a large sauna. Additionally, a separate toilet. Towels are provided and included in the price. 

The detached modern 5.5-room holiday house (120m2) is beautifully located above the bathing lake Davos Munts. The house is situated on a quiet private road and has two outdoor parking spaces. It is about a 5-minute walk to the ski bus. With good snow conditions, you can ski directly to the house. The house offers a large terrace with beautiful panoramic view. A large cellar also provides space for skis and bicycles. 

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
