Description of the holiday rental

Includes:Lower ground floor: entrance hall. Bathroom with shower, washing and drying machine. Living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed.Upper floor: Living room with TV, WIFI and wood stove. Open kitchen with dishwasher, access to the garden, terrace and balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed. Guest toilet. Attic: 1 bedroom with two single beds. 1 bedroom with two single beds with access to the balcony. 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC.Outside parking place. Difficult car access in winter (chains or 4x4 with winter tires), garden around the chalet with barbecue, electric heating. Final cleaning according to package and linen in option.No smoking. Animals not allowed.
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: can be provided by the agency
Bed sheets: can be provided by the agency
Final cleaning: included in price. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state
Administration fee: none, just in case of a cancellation
Kitchen towels: can be provided by the agency
