Residential house with premises on ground floor and basement.Final cleaning included in price.PETS NOT ALLOWED. No Smoking
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: Can be provided by the agency.
Bed sheets: Can be provided by the agency.
Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state.
Administration fee: None, just in case of a cancellation.
Kitchen towels: Can be provided by the agency.
Parking: Parking space.
Tourist tax: Visitors’ taxes are included in the rental price.
Notice:
Caution: A safety deposit of CHF. 300.—is demanded.
