A sleeping room with one double bed, a sleeping room with two trundle beds, a mezzanine with two beds, a bathroom with a sink, a WC and a bath tube, separated lavatory with a sink, balconies North and South. Car access in summer and winter. Parking places in a collective garage. Central heating. Laundry with washing machine in the Building.No smoking, no pets.Final cleaning included according to fee. Linen on request. 3 rooms apartment *** - 6 people
Central situation. Nearby the cable cars and all facilities. View on the village of Vercorin. North-south orientation.
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: Bed and bath towels can be provided by the agency.
Bed sheets: Can be provided by the agency.
Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state.
Administration fee: None, just in case of a cancellation.
Kitchen towels: Kitchen towels can be provided by the agency.
Parking: Individual parking place in collective garage
Tourist tax: Visitors’ taxes are included in the rental price.
