Leisure activities are 400 meters from the apartment, and in the summer and winter, guests can enjoy free access to the public swimming pool (closed in low/mid-season) and participate in the Sun&Fun activity program during high season, with discounts on equipment rentals and more. Additional amenities include ski room and laundry facilities in the building, along with public paid parking (subject to availability). Pets are welcome (up to 15 kg). The apartment is accessible via stairs and elevators. Mandatory extra costs include tourist tax and a security deposit, which will be refunded within one month of departure.
