The sunny and cosy holiday flat on the 1st floor of a small apartment building is very centrally located and easily accessible (3 minutes from the train station and shopping facilities). It has a large balcony with midday and evening sun. All rooms have a marvellous view.
The practical flat is tastefully and functionally furnished. Open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with hob and oven, kettle and coffee or espresso machine. There is no dishwasher. A fireplace stove provides cosiness in winter.
There is a double bed (140 x 200), a bunk bed and a bed (90x200) that can be used as a double bed with an extra bed (90x200). Bed linen and towels are provided. Bath with shower and separate WC. Large cloakroom area. The flat is ideal for 2 to 4 persons.
