Description of the holiday rental
The flat was newly furnished and partially renovated in 2012, and in June 2013 the two south-facing balconies were enclosed with exterior glazing: It is therefore always possible to stay there, practically regardless of the weather. The modern kitchen is equipped with a steam extractor and dishwasher. The floor covering in the living room is parquet, fitted carpet in the bedroom. Very quiet, sunny location close to the centre. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance you will find the mountain railway to Oberdorf-Gamsalp, the post bus stop, the SPAR (with post office), a café, several restaurants, a doctor's surgery, the chemist's, the tourist office (free internet access), the cash machine of the Raiffeisenbank, the sports centre with ice rink and curling hall, the tennis court, the pump track and a sports shop.
a) There is a construction calendar for any building work in or on the house, according to which work must be scheduled for the weeks 10-13 (March), 23-26 (June), 37-39 (Sept) and 45-48 (Nov); during these weeks isolated noise pollution on working days cannot be ruled out.
b) Bookings must be made at least two weeks before the date of arrival; bookings made at shorter notice must be refused for organisational reasons.
c) For the 3rd and 4th person, the sofa bed in the living room can be furnished as a double bed; however, the flat is too small for 4 adults, but ideal for two adults or a family with one child.
