Modern furnished (106m²/ 1140 ft²) penthouse. Generous open plan lounge with living, dining and kitchen area and fireplace. TV, DVD-Player, free Internet and WLAN. Open kitchen with comfortable features. 1 double room with integrated bath room with shower, bath tub, double basin, hairdryer and toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms with generous wall cabinets. Separate shower with guest toilet.
Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen will be provided.
South balcony with table and chairs. Spectacular panorama view of the Matterhorn and the village.
A 15-minute walk from the railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, lies our apartment block built in 2010 (plan square C7). The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the old village centre, which is well worth seeing, is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a lift located around 150 metres above our house. In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
