The flat is on the top floor of a three-family house in an absolutely quiet and exceptionally sunny position and is in very good condition. The flat has an outside parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor of Chesa Albanigna there is a ski room and a laundry room for communal use. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Albanigna. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The flat has been furnished in typical Engadine style with light-coloured fitted carpets and Swiss stone pine furniture in a modern design. The bathrooms are lined with ceramic tiles. In winter, the living room windows look out directly onto the ski slopes, in summer onto the neighbouring meadows and pastures. The flat is equipped with Swisscom TV and free Wi-Fi.
