The house named Villa Marguerita was built in 1910 and is located within walking distance of the centre of Zuoz and close to the train station. The house was extensively renovated from 2008 to 2010. The flat is on the 3rd floor and is bright and modernly furnished.
The flat has an entrance area with wardrobe, 2 bedrooms, a living room with direct connection to the dining room, as well as a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. A modern kitchen with high table and direct view towards the Lower Engadine. The floors are made of stone or solid larch parquet. TV and internet connection are available. From the dining and living room you have a wonderful view of the Upper Engadine and the inner courtyard, which can be used at any time. Each room has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
