Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, one room with a large bed (160 cm for possibly 2 people), one room with a single bed. There are enough wardrobes. Bed linen is provided (exclusive).

Living area:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a fireplace stove, a large dining table, a corner bench and chairs, a seating group with bed function, a salon table and a TV (Internet with many channels). The house has a large corner balcony facing south with morning, midday and evening sun. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The small kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a raclette oven and a fondue set.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, one bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and WC. The second bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC.

The 5.5-room house with 2 floors is located on the edge of the village in a beautiful south-facing location. From the corner balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

The attached shed offers the possibility to store skis and bicycles (lockable).

Distance to the valley station: 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car, 300 meters to the sports bus stop (post bus).

2 parking spaces are available directly at the house. Pets are allowed upon request. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
