Description
Located at the gates of the family ski resort of Anzère, in a residential, green and quiet area, close to the bus, our fully renovated and equipped chalet will welcome you with family or friends IN RESPECT OF THE TRANQUILITY OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND NEIGHBORHOOD.
Parking spaces available and path cleared in winter.
The swimming pool is outdoor: accessible only in summer from June 1 to August 31.
This contemporary chalet on three levels offers you:
On the ground floor: a TV lounge with double sofa bed, a ski room
On the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room that can accommodate 16 guests with a lounge area and wood stove for pleasant evenings by the fire, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC as well as a a large terrace.

The ski area of ​​Anzère offers 58 kms of track which are especially accessible with the Magic Pass. The resort extends from 1500 to 2360 m altitude.
The 30 tracks available are perfect for all levels: Easy or bumpy and steeper trails.
The Icefall offers 7 routes for climbing enthusiasts on site.
In Anzère everything is provided for children and beginners: During your activities, you can entrust your toddlers Mini Kids Village or the Snow Garden where they can apprehend their first feelings of gliding.
The resort also offers free toboggan run, ice rink and magic carpet.
For non-skiers, there are plenty of marked trails for snowshoes and steps.
After the effort, the comfort of the bathing area accessible by all the family in the beautiful Spa & Welness of the resort which provides bathing areas with water heated to 33 ° and a wide range of treatments.

In summer the resort also offers tennis lessons, a training wall with equipment rental.
You can enjoy the Vita course, petanque courts, beautiful hiking trails, marked mountain bike trails but also 4 Downhill MTB courses.
The rock of Arbaz for climbing enthusiasts offers 42 sights at all levels.

Special notes regarding property cleaning and preparation protocols:

Since the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis in March 2020, we have fully equipped and trained our caretakers in the protocols for cleaning and preparing accommodation according to the recommendations of the Swiss and European health authorities, namely:

Protective measures for the use of housekeepers
Before starting to clean the property, the persons in charge of these services must wash their hands and put on disposable waterproof gloves and must avoid touching their faces when cleaning the premises.
Gloves must be discarded after each session.
Housekeepers should wash their hands immediately after removing their gloves, and be sure to ventilate and circulate air throughout the property during and after cleaning.

Property cleaning:
Often touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Frequently affected surfaces include: tables, hard-backed chairs, door handles, stair rails, switches, remote controls, cabinet and closet handles, desks, toilets, sinks and sinks, bedside tables and kitchen worktops and other bathroom surfaces, but also key boxes.
A two-step approach is used to ensure the hygiene of these surfaces: to begin with, the janitors use detergent or soap and hot water to clean any traces of dirt on these surfaces, before carrying out a complete disinfection , to eliminate germs.
Hardly touched surfaces - Floors, walls, blinds and all other surfaces that are not touched as often are cleaned with hot water and detergent.
The disinfection products used are taken from the list established by the Federal Office of Public Health.

Towels, sheets and other household linen -
The janitors are provided with disposable gloves when changing the linen. The laundry is washed using the warmest temperature and completely dried.

The taxes of the municipality of Arbaz will be paid on the spot in cash:

CHF 1.75 / night / child (from 6 to 16 years old)
